I think this could potentially be a great job for some people in this community in/near Brooklyn.
I've volunteered with them before at both of their locations (Philly and Brooklyn!) and Philly is no longer open to the public for regular volunteering.

Fall '24 Internships — FABSCRAP

As an intern, you will basically help sort clothes.
Engagement intern or operations intern are probably the easiest and the least emotional intelligence required.
