Exercising While Waiting

Does anyone else do this?

I have these processes that take like 3 minutes to finish involving ai automation.
Sometimes 10 minutes.
And i have fitness stuff in my living room like a stationary bike or some weights. Or i'll do situps or pushups.

And I just do in between. I kind of look at my screen every minute and see if it's done. So i can get more done in a day and stay in shape.

There’s a calf stretch I do that’s done against a wall - that can be done anywhere. I also do some of my other stretching exercises in my chair at work in between tasks. Unfortunately, my supervisor isn’t pleased with that - she says I should be using my time for work. Thus, if I do my exercises during work time, she says I need to work a little during lunch.
