What is the one thing you will not part with? Like a nuclear meltdown has begun, your very nice neighbor knocks on your door and asks you for (insert your item). l refuse to give up my onions, especially if red.
 
My precious. You do not deserve the precious. I dont know people that well. So im just as likely to ask for liscense and registration.
 
My closest neighbors have more money than they know what to with. The only thing they have ever asked for is help moving heavy items and knock over a couple of Mountain Cedars with the tractor.
