Ever been a moderator in other forums?

Being a moderator sucks. No offence intended towards our most excellent moderators on this and other aspie forums.

If I am a moderator or admin I feel like I need to be polite and unbiased. By knowing that others feel that I cannot be held to account for my words or actions, or that they feel that by having a crack at me they will possibly be banned, I cannot simply come out and state what I really think or feel.

Being a regular member is a lot more fun.

Which tech forum? I happen to know a few of them. But I mainly lurk around and occasionally post in a tech forum.
Convergys Sucks, it was a forum for disgruntled phone support agents with Convergys, I was in the Hp Pavilion project
wasn't really a tech support forum it was more of a support forum for techies
