Do you sleep with music?

I was wondering, do you sleep with music at night?

I personally like to sleep with SiriusXM's Watercolors (smooth jazz). It helps me relax at night.

I cannot fall asleep without it. Likely, because, I have been falling asleep to music, from the time I was born.

I can't fall asleep without it either.
It gives me a focus so my thoughts slow down to sleep.
I keep ambient soundscapes on all night as I prefer
nature sounds, music that doesn't really have a tune,
Native American sounds and the only vocals I can sleep to is Enya. I find her voice soothing.

No, I need to have complete silence to sleep, and even wear earplugs to ensure that I get it.

Only if loud pink noise counts as music.
Ironically when I'm awake I like listening to Pink Floyd.

Music of sorts,
Theta waves, 437hz (I think)

To date It works for me if I’m not too anxious and a little tired.
