I think probably neither.Do you get along better with people with autism or NTs?
Same. I think it's because they act as social interpreters for others. Idk how many other high-functioning/mid-functioning people I've met who were on the spectrum anyway.Probably better with NTs.
I find they're generally less rigid than many ND folks. We all seem to have our own rules, and not with the needed level of compatiblity.Same. I get along just fine with nearly everyone. I do think two people with an ASD can relate to each other better in terms of a shared experience... in some cases. On the other hand, there is such broad presentation of autism that... like on this forum... it is individualized. If you spend enough time on here, you will have a few people that you block from your feed. So, personally... it doesn't seem to matter. There are people you like and people you don't... and I haven't been able to find any bias in ND or NT.Do you get along better with people with autism or NTs?
Um.those who love-bomb types
I get along much better with other neurodiverse folks. Doesn't have to be exclusively other autistics. It's funny now that I think about it. I only found out in my 40s. But growing up all through public school, then both university and college all of the folks that I hung out with were either certifiably ND, or there was a 99% chance they were undiagnosed. I never thought much of it. Always thought I was an oddball, but never thought I was neurodivergent, just that I had an IQ that put me years ahead of my peers.Do you get along better with people with autism or NTs?
