Disc based games won't install on Xbox One S

Brought my copy of WWE 2K19 to my Parents to install on my Xbox One S, put the disc in and it's not been picked up in the drive.

However I can install downloaded games and updates.

I know most people on here prefer other systems, but I need some help with an Xbox hardware issue.

I am aware of Google and Xbox.com.

Try a Hard Reset; turn it off with the power button and turn it on with the power button again (on the console itself)
