I've been known to meltdown over the smallest thing sometimes, if I'm already stressed. One of the annoying things about autism. Self-compassion helps.

Same, I'll be more or less fine [in retrospect, probably not fine, but probably actually very out of touch with my emotions and not recognizing that I'm not fine] when it comes to major events, but then I'll lose my head over something relatively minor.
