Deleted Scenes you wish had been kept in movies/shows

It's a fact of making movies and shows that some scenes don't "make the cut" (be it for runtime, pacing, tone, time restraints for making the film/show, etc.), although sadly those scenes can sometimes be of great importance and can leave audiences who see them wondering "Why did you cut this out?!"
While sometimes we do get movies/shows with the cut scenes put back in (two examples I can think of been Aliens which had a fair few deleted scenes put back in - most notably Ellen Ripley sadly learning the fate of her daughter Amanda, which adds a lot to her surrogate mother-daughter relationship with Newt later in the film - and the Lord of the Rings trilogy having an extra 30-49 minutes of footage added to each film), there are times where we sadly don't get that and are restricted only to seeing the deleted scenes as extras on DVDs, Blu-Rays, etc.

Question is, are there any deleted scenes from movies/shows that you wish had been put back in?
I'll throw in two to start us off:

The Goonies - "The Octopus Scene"
My reason for this one actually comes from a line that Data gives at the end of the film when he and the other kids are been interviewed by the reporters about their adventure, stating that "the Octopus was really scary"; something that confused me as a kid when I watched the film on TV as my reaction was "What are you talking about? When was there an Octopus in this film?!"
It turns out, there was an Octopus - it's just the scene was cut from the film and the people making the film forgot about that until presumably after everything was finished (probably leading to a few facepalms), and I didn't learn about it until I got the film on DVD. While the Octopus scene is admittedly a bit silly, I think it should have been left in, but I'll let you guys decide:

The Incredibles 2 - "Gazerbeam's Memorial Service"
This scene shows Mr. Incredible not only delivering a eulogy for Gazerbeam but for the other superheroes murdered by Syndrome during the first film, while expressing his hope for superheroes been allowed to re-join society as it was their struggle to adapt to civilian society and their desire/need to be 'useful' that Syndrome took advantage of.
Honestly, I would have preferred for the movie to start with this instead of the Underminer fight - although part of that is because it retcons the game The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer and I loved playing that game, so it annoyed me to see it become "non-canon". Again, see for yourselves and see what you think:

So, do you guys know of any deleted scenes from TV shows or movies that you would have liked to have seen 'make the cut'?
