Creative Pet Names...

Obi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi, but we called our little doggie - Obie. He like his name. My daughter named her kitten- Cutie. And our other rescue little dog, we called Chica.

We had a white German Shepard named Obie. He was a stray dog, died at age 12 a couple of years ago and was the last dog we owned.

One of my dogs is named Dingle, I'd never heard that name before.

Sounds like this fun little bell, not the whirling tornado of teeth the name is actually attached to.
Every time I hear Dingle, I immediately think of the Dolly Dingle character.

Interestingly enough the artist that created Dolly Dingle was one of the first female cartoonists that had a highly successful comic strip and she also created the Campbell Soup Kids.

A GF of years ago had a brother who called their dog Damyou.

He actually thought that it was his name because all the kid ever heard his dad say to the dog was "damn you, quit barking, damn you, get in your box etc." lol
