If you've been to Edinburgh, you may not know of this pleasant place situated about 10 minutes from the all night Asda.

It's basically a tranquil, but often muddy walkway, that goes on for about 5 miles. And you eventually come to an abandoned railway station at a tunnel.

But up the path, about 15 minutes from the entrance point, are two distinctive stone shelters, referred to as "grottos". Almost like a mini cave, in a way. :)

Scotland is on our "bucket list" of places to travel. My wife has been very interested the past 5 years, or so. I'd love to take a few weeks, rent a car, visit some old castles, whisky tour, learn the history, enjoy the country and relax.

There's no shortage of green spaces where I live. Definitely check out the Royal Botanic Gardens in Inverleith, and Edinburgh Zoo on Corstorphine Road. :)
