Chemical sensitivities, reactive airways, skin issues, etc

Just discovered you can wash face and dishes with soap nuts but to avoid getting it in eyes. I found out how to make a bottle of it enough to do four hair washes. Leaves hair soft and shiny but some oil on hair helps if it becomes a bit dry. The ten drops or so of essential oil l add seems to stop dryness. Love the way it leaves my scalp non itchy.
I’m having itchy scalp and skin issues. I quit drinking caffeine and that helps.
 
There are videos on You Tube showing you how to make the mixture. They boil the soap nuts for up to 30 mins - something I was not doing. If you make enough mixture to last it is not too much bother. It is pretty pure I think.
