Chef Jean Valjean and his Sous Chef, Cossette, endeavor through hardship, to enter the competitive Paris restaurant world. Chef Javert, the owner of the neighboring restaurant, is a constant curdle in the soup, as he tries to one up every one of Chef Valjean's recipies.
Finally, when Sous Chef Cossette creates the butteriest croissant in France, Chef Javert must admit his own folly. Humbly going across the street to try a croissant for himself- after one bite, he begs forgiveness.
And they all live happily ever after, as friends.
