Change one letter to make a new word

Hi Shaddock, Nice to see you, here, in the games. In this game you can change one of the letters, instead of adding a letter to the word above you. : ) For example; You can change Bead to Bear, or, Read. I hope my explanation makes sense. If not, feel free to let me know. :)

would "lead" be a correct word? (last word was "bead")
