I have only ever done commercial, specializing in large fleets. I can tell you that it is not fun and there are too many things to keep on top of. I find AI helpful here, TBH.Funny to think how much I enjoyed personal lines insurance. But commercial was my eventual demise. Too competitive and too diverse, where no one can "learn it all". Not fun.

I had really given up on changing companies and was paring down the State Farm policy, which is nerve wracking and doesn't really save that much money. when....
I got an email from an insurance agent named Sage and she sent me two quotes and one of them got me exactly the same coverage for 142/month instead of $210. That's a huge savings.
The new company is called Travelers and they are highly rated online.
