Can't stand psychologist's face in middle of screen during Zoom meeting

my psychologist is going to be so tiny...

Sadly, not. You are the one who is going to be in a tiny window. But, by reducing the screen, you can at least shrink that window, so it is not quite so overwhelming.

When I have a screen at max, can't deal with it at all, despite me being in a small screen. It really does feel frightening to see the huge screen with a person moving around.
