Don't remember the website, but, it had free emojis of different things and characters.
One of them was a collection of facial features to choose from. I decided to add features to the emoji that looked most like me.
Used to end e-mails with it and my name.
Hardly ever e-mail anymore, but, kept the emoji in a file.
Still might find something like it under free emojis for
e-mail search.

found one called Emoji maker it's not as good as yours but I wasn't able to find yours
