Bullet journal

I use a bullet journal every day but mainly as a form of organisation, I love planning and lists etcetc and I love seeing the day/week clearly. I wouldn't call it a form of stimming but it's probably linked to me being autistic, like everything else! :P

I've been recording my anxieties in an anxiety journal - not as stimming, but something that I can recount to my therapist whenever he asks me about intrusive thoughts. I also record on there whether or not I was able to use his method to manage it, for each intrusive thought entry.
