Love them! I usually have them boiled or steamed. They taste great with blue cheese or stilton grated over them.
Parmesan would be ok, but I don't like lemon juice. Lemons are definitely overrated in my opinion.I like a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese on them, too.
