I gave my children a lot of broccoli and they connect broccoli with cozy family moments in front of a movie, to eat during travelling, on the beach or as snacks.
But I also mixed them in tomato sauce, lasagne, moussaka and every other dish (including cup cakes!).
Still my 13 years old asks for frozen broccoli when it is a hot summer day. Last time she dipped them in a salty caramel sauce !
 
Hell yeah. We've been eating frozen broccoli (heated in the oven first) and seasoned, covered in spices and olive oil. It goes great with rice or buttered noodles.

These are quick, delicious, and healthy choices for broccoli.

I still want to find an eatery serving terrific broccoli soup!
 
Well, it is super healthy. I like it raw or cooked.

Kale chips are nice and easy to make, and also come packed with nutrition. You just coat kale pieces in olive oil and add some seasoning. In the oven they go, for around 10 minutes.

Sweet potatoes are also delicious. But too much of any of these veggies could give you bad gas.

I could live off salads, provided they have some type of meat like chicken or tuna, for example. But as much as I love to eat fruit, you can end up craving pasta or something salty if you consume too much.
