Thanks! Here's a question: To what degree (how frequently, how deeply) do you find yourself living within your "autistic inner world" when you are going about your day?

I am always in it, and must work hard to come clear enough to apply myself to anything-- forum posting, conversation, making a cup of tea, takes tremendous effort to remain aware enough.
I also find our inner world a beautiful thing. I recognize that being in it so much is not always safe. Just curious about your experience. :)
