O Kumayl! Do not turn the beggar away empty-handed, even if you can give him but half a grape or a piece of a date.

Kommentar: People from Palestine contact me as Arab or you, online, and ask for money. Wheither they are theives or beggars i must give them a symbolic ammount f.ex. 20 dollars. Or if i give a homeless food.

I'll try to practise my own advice, as Imam Ali (as) is saying.
 
I don't come across them really these days, but when I did I always tried to give something. I didn't care if they were scammers. That was between them and God.

صَاحِبُ الْحَاجَةِ لَمْ يُكْرِمْ وَجْهَهُ عَنْ سُؤَالِكَ فَأَكْرِمْ وَجْهَكَ عَنْ رَدِّهِ

The needy one loses his self-respect by asking you, so do not lose your self-respect by denying him.
