Been through Morocco without being in Morocco

Great video. Not just about the cooking either, it gives a snapshot of the average Aussie. The standard of living, cultural concepts, etc.

I struggle watching videos but pausing and looking at everything in the still image gives me a lot more insight than most people would notice. There's another online Aussie chef that I like but I can't post a link here because he swears a bit.

Nat's What I Reckon

Nat is neurodiverse and he also makes a few videos about his different struggles in life as well as doing cooking shows from his own kitchen. When he makes mistakes you can hear is girlfriend laughing at him, she's the one holding the camera. He became popular during the covid lockdowns because he's so entertaining.

Love your video! I have a clay Moroccan tagine, but I always just use an enameled Dutch oven. Dutch ovens are "American" tagines.

I have ridden trains through European countries without getting off said trains and being IN those countries

Anything that can work the same as those triangular tagine pots as shown. At the time that I filmed those videos I never owned a French Pan, which I assume are the enameled Dutch oven that you're describing.
