Anything that can work the same as those triangular tagine pots as shown. At the time that I filmed those videos I never owned a French Pan, which I assume are the enameled Dutch oven that you're describing.Love your video! I have a clay Moroccan tagine, but I always just use an enameled Dutch oven. Dutch ovens are "American" tagines.
