Autism Shutdown?

I shutdown to the woman who decided to make me her emotional punching bag. She tried to excuse it as just wanting someone to vent to. Nope. She chose me to take it all out and place blame and point out every flaw that she felt necessary. I was instantly just gone. She tried to contact via message, and I finally replied back, "I'm not here anymore."

It makes my head pound, my stomach turn and just feel uncomfortable even trying to lay down and sleep. I know it will fade, but it takes whatever time it decides and is annoying.

I might Taylor Swift it and wind up writing 57 new songs on guitar.

I don't know if this is autism related catatonia or an autism shutdown. It happens for a few weeks maybe 4 or 5 weeks at a time.

The signs I have are:
unable to speak to anyone
pacing or rocking increased
Social withdrawal from everyone
Agitation

Is this a Shutdown or Catatonia?

Diagnosis: Asperger's
