Do a while back I was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome now Autismlevel 1, I function very well, I have a very good job that I am very good at, I independently travel I am now 33, I am healthy and dont take any prescription medications.
This all having being said I do have some things which I assume are common traits in that I am very routine driven, I can give examples if helpful but basically there has to be certain routines, I have started trying to fight against these with a moderate degree of success, now when I work I am getting up at 5-6 in the morning and tbe night before I am up yo about 1-2 not because I cant sleep but becuase I might be very involved like if I am on a computer game for example but this can go to extreme lengths for example if I am playing in a computer game and talking to someone I may start needing to pee at 6 in the evening but choose to delay it until about 7-7:30 but I obviously always make it to the toilet , I should also say that despite the lack of sleep I dont really feel tired or loss of energy the next day.
Another thing thats strange is I have very good reaction tomes at work but if I am playing an online game my reaction times are very bad, I am also very immature for my afe in that patents still cook, clean etc but again like pering I choose often to drlay eating, also I an quite awkward socially and have few friends but that bei g said no one rea,ly knows that I have this so I hide it well, but even when my few friends arrange a night out I go out and know thats what I should be doing but rush to go talking to people that are not as interested that what my real life friends are and I am aware of this but do it anyway, also I am quite clingy bur very cling both to people I talk to in real life and online, some other things is my coordination is not the best so for example I used to play tennis I was fine with my Forehand but not that good at navkhand, I do drink around 3 regular coffees and 1 tea each day and poor diet but I wouldn't be able to seitch to decaffe.
My question is and obviously any suggestions I would be checking with GP before starting this and I know there is no cure as such but my question is are there any widely available supplements preferably in shop and not online in UK that would be helpful with everything I have described tbat is safe with coffee and also alcohol as occasionally I have alcohol but not often that is safe to take on a daily basis preferably as few supplements as possible or stack if needed that dont effect blood pressure, kidneys etc, and that I can take before I leave in the morning and when I return home that compliment each other that helps in my specific situation and what times are best in my situation and shojkd this be every day even if at Weekends I lie in so usually get up later at this time not sure if it should make mucg difference and I should say in my specific situation at the beginning good chance my brain will naturally try and resist earlier sleeping paterns but obviously I am not looking for something which will sedate me more something that works with the brain to help the issues and am I better after a while to try and taper off the supplement or supplements or take them indefinitely
