Autism in Adulthood journal

There's this quarterly journal called Autism in Adulthood which has autism studies done by autistic scientists (not all the scientists in the journal are autistic, but a good portion of them are). It has names some of you in the autism science world may know, such as Stephen Kapp and Clarissa Kripke: Autism in Adulthood | Mary Ann Liebert, Inc., publishers

No I'm not. But there's a Sample Content toggle that you can use to access links to studies and such.

I found that a lot of the papers were free or open access so I downloaded any that were from several current and recent issues. Plenty to read up on there! They seem to have a wide base of international university people on their editorial board and the journal is peer reviewed.

They started in 2019 to expand knowledge and research about autistic adults, apparently the impetus was the number of young autistic adults recognised to be emerging from childhood. Apart from the rest of us who've been here like forever without recognition.

But they have a number of people on their board who identify as autistic including some names I recognise and who are authors and researchers.
