Aspie Girls Everyday Hack

I hardly ever wear make-up. When I do, I usually stick to mascara, very rarely adding BB cream, eye shadow and lipstick.
If people get used to the fact that you’re not wearing make-up, you won’t get comments asking you if you’re sick or tired as much. Although I can imagine those comments aren’t exactly encouraging ;)

Thanks @Bolletje

I also want to know other aspie women's daily routine.
Get up, turn on computer, make coffee, watch a documentary while drinking coffee, take a shower and wash hair or wash face, dry off, get dressed, brush teeth, check email, check this site and others, go for bread/groceries, eat lunch, do chores, start work. After work, eat dinner, watch a couple more documentaries, brush teeth, go to bed, read in bed, fall asleep. Certainly makeup doesn't come into it - I'm not in any way image conscious, that simply doesn't interest me. Plus I've always been very much a tomboy.

What documentaries do you watch? I'm too hooked on the war in Syria that I hate the US government. I can spend hours watching those videos on youtube. And everytime I start talking about it, people shut me off. But I'm used to it.

Nothing like a plant based whole food healthy diet (no sugar salt or oil) for making the skin shine and look healthy, plus a bit of sun. Add plenty of plain filtered water. Inner beauty is by far the best.
