Aspie centred University courses in UK?

As you'll probably know from my previous topic in this section, I'm possible doing a game design course at Doncaster College, I Googled the College and course on Monday and it's full time for a year, which if I was NT, not disabled and didn't have carers wouldn't be a problem, but I am and have all 3 problems.

Therefore, has any UK based Aspie on here been to Uni on a similar course and gotten any accommodations for being on the "Spectrum"?! I spoke to my employment Counsellor at Autism Plus last week, and she says she's waiting for a meeting with the guy from the College about bespoke courses tailored to her Autistic clients, myself included, down at Doncaster College/University.

To be honest I wouldn't have picked Doncaster as a Uni Town, it's too small IMO.

This was my original thread on the course.

Ugh, just Googled the College again to find and post the link to the course, and the links on the site go to 404 pages, not exactly inspiring my confidence.

Maybe it was a temporary situation.
When I googled the school and one example of
courses, I got results, no "not founds..."

I used the Search function in a general way, too....
(not knowing the exact name of the course you're thinking about)
and the Search function brought up a menu of courses.

Donnie maybe a small town but the course maybe a really good one?

The uni’ may have the facilities to offer someone needing your level of support a bespoke course?

Is being in the town part of the course Rich?

I'd have to commute from Sheffield, but it's only a short Train ride.

I have a meeting booked with Kathryn at Autism Plus about that on the 29th of May.

I'll update the thread (and probably my Blog) when I know what's happening.

There are programs where you take one class at a time, in order. I would have GREATLY benefited from such a program.
