Have you tried linguistics forums? They aren't dedicated to English grammar, but a lot of what makes English grammar interesting is how it behaves in comparison to other languages. Some of them I'm open about to an extent, but most people don't know just how obsessed I am about some things. I'm able to keep from ranting about them because I use forums dedicated to most of my interests, since talking about the subject is what's expected. So those prevent me from having to yammer on about an interest to people in real life.
I can't find a forum where people just discuss grammar, though. There are some that answer questions about it, but not really have laid-back discussions about all the wonderful facets of the English language. I don't know anyone else who is interested in grammar, so I'm lonely on that front. Luckily I have a job as an editor, so I can indulge in it as much as I want.
