Apsies Drawn to Other Aspies?

That's OK. Vacuums are safe. The vacuum of deep space (I long for).

The only vacuum I tend to run in, is sunday, which IMO is the vacuum between saturday and monday. And that annoys me a lot. (and these x-mas days are equally annoying).

In general I'd be fine if it were a sustainable vacuum, but that's rarely the case. The "outside world" usually wants you to come out every once in a while.

Me in most social situations.

That’s actually pretty close to what I do, like at the moment, I have been getting to know this poor old cat on the way home from work. I'll stop and pet him for a few moments and it brightens my day considerably, the old lady who owns him said he hardly ever talks to any man anymore but that he likes me. They live near a school and so he tends to avoid people pretty much in general ; ]

Also, Electrolux would be a pretty weird vacuum to find yourself in

It's possible he's just a friendly guy :) A lot of time the folks who are the most popular are the people who make an effort to connect with others and reach out to new people. Maybe he saw you sort of standing on the sidelines and decided to reach out to you because he knew that you needed a friend :)
