Anyone getting stressed when playing violent games?

Most games I play aren't very violent at all. Sims, Animal Crossing, Miis... I guess that's why I'm so angry and feel violent most of the time.
Although it seems getting away from this occasionally harsh world I live in to a whole different world where I don't feel so helpless and pathetic and the NPCs are interesting and I actually *want* to interact with them helps me to cope.

I only get angry when my game crashes or something happens that causes me not to be able to play that game correctly. I have learned that the calmer I am, the more successful I am in games. If I allow myself to become stressed it makes things more difficult.

I never play violent video games, can't stand them. I don't even like violent movies. I'm too much of a peaceful person I guess.

Because i am when i play Doom, this kind of stuff. What about you?

My poor controller is currently duct taped due to having Skyrim Suddenly freeze up my entire system right after beating that snotty elf Ancano with a level 10 character.

But as far as the gameplay itself goes, I just go into a state of Nirvana like focus while admiring all it's patterned detail.

I think the only time I lost my cool was while playing Dark Souls.
But It was such a large single loss of cool that I think it counts as at least 10 individual losses of cool.

That controller did not survive.
