Annoying chromium tab bug :/

Every once in a while Chromium has this weird bug where you cannot release a tab from your mouse pointer when you have multiple ones opened :/ I dunno how this happens but I cannot find a reason why this happens and have a hard time trying to think of a way to Google this problem. That's another problem I have with search engines.

Does any else experience this annoyance as well ?
 
It happened again just a little while ago and I'm calling it 'sticky tab' since it literally sticks to your mouse pointer and nothing seems to get rid of it :(
