I hope this doesn't post anywhere other than where it's suppose to.
Anyways, uh hi, I'm Sarah. I'm 19 and am waiting an official diagnosis. My therapist strongly suspects that I have aspergers. And after several assessments and burying myself neck deep in research I've come to find that it may very well be true. I'd never even heard of aspergers 4 weeks ago. So it came to me as a shock when I found out it was a form of autism. Idk I've been trying to find people or freaking someone to talk to about this. Because nobody around me is like... me. I just have no one to talk to. I feel sort of lost now that the pieces of my entire awkward life are coming together. Anyways, hi. Lol. Awkward in person and over text :p

Hello *waves*. Well I know what it's like to be awkward lol. After years of practice I feel like I can fit into society now, so to speak lol. If you want someone to talk to, I'll be happy to chat and I'm sure other members would as well.

Well thanks. Awkward people unite! Lol. Anyways I'm glad I found this place. Found people like me. It's comforting, that's for sure. (: Shiznown

Think of it as finding something- not losing it. You now have perspective that you didn't before. That's a good thing.

Welcome to AC.

You have come to the right place..:-) Welcome..:-)

I was in the same boat just a few months ago. Shocking indeed it was for me as well. But .... I got used to it and coming to places like this has really helped me realize that I am neither a freak nor alone in these issues. In fact... I found myself in good company.... as I am sure you will as well..:-)

Welcome to the Rainbow...:-)
