Hello. I know many autistic people don't like being touched, but there are some like me who love it. I say I crave it. Since I'm not the best at words, I find it easier to express physically how I feel. Like, a hug could mean love, a high-five happiness, a hand-holding meaning comfort, etc.. Well, for me roughly anyways. I feel happy, I want to hug someone, but have been accepting high-fives due to rules. I wish my friends liked hugs like I do. They make me feel happy and I feel loved and good things. Oh, and I poke people when I'm happy or in a "fun" mood. But anyways, how do you guys feel about affection through physical contact? Like it, tolerate it, or hate it? Thanks for any responses [emoji3].
