ADHD and dopamin

ADHD lacks dopamin!?!

Dopamin gets released through training and helps get happy and more focused.

I recieved a test about ADHD, and the questions were i recall about how was my performance/energy. But i have only Aspergers.

What do you think?

There are plenty of theories surrounding dopamine, norepinephrine and other neurotransmitters if you look around enough. Supposedly a lot of us have AuDHD, though (statistically), meaning that the interplay between both can mean many things for a lot of different people.

I like to think our individual makeup, what we're feeling and what woks for us on a personal basis is much better than trying to find a one-size-fits-all explanation or interaction. I genuinely think there's a wide range in the expression of symptoms surrounding both ADHD and ASD, so the 'research' will be ongoing.

Sometimes the best research is a personal endeavor (medical professionals can absolutely help with this), and trying to create better lives for ourselves out of the data that currently exists, but that's just my opinion. I don't think the data is really going to align perfectly from me to you, to the next person, etc.

Whether it's ADHD distracting one from completing a task, or trying to market your ideas as ASD (procrastinating, criticising or lacking marketing skills)

What is all round way to try be more successful and overcome such hurdles?

I think one must be [tangible and physical aka] scientific. However there is also science that is sub-atomic.

Both "sciences" are to help us and to be under-stood.

I'm muslim, but/and i yield for science. (edit) I also yield for The Creator but we can talk about this in Religious Forum.
