A bit depressed & very loney

I am a bit depressed because I am starting to understand what reality is more than ever before, the more I learn, the more depressed I feel.

Some aspects of reality are more fun than other parts.

What parts would be fun to you?

One of my special interests is physics, most of my spent time for many years is spent thinking about it
Had a stroke four and a half years ago that included an out of body experience just before I basically woke up I got a message " what you seek is information" realized that both quantum mechanics and general theory of relativity could explain my out of body experience, along with life after death.

How familiar are you with quantum mechanics, pretty heavy duty. Personally I just visualize it have decent math background, but not at the level most physicist's use.

It show locality may not exist, no hidden variables causing a lot of confusion as nothing can travel faster than speed of light when two or more entangled particles are disturbed no matter how far apart they instantly communicate.
See what I mean deluded. Personally I think time itself is the hidden variable, as it may be emergent

That makes sense.
