hi just wanted to introduce myself I was diagnosed at the age of 44 and I now find myself wearing down. I have had to recast my life and find more general acceptance of my situation as I have grown. I have my obsession (coin collector) and I derive other interests from it ( databases, photography, history and now woodwork. I look forward to connecting to others like myself.

You'll find plenty of people to associate with here.
I did. I was diagnosed at 58 and I'm now 62. I know all about wearing down! ;)

Hi Paul!

Your mention of coin collecting reminds me of my childhood. I remember being obsessed with my dad's coin collection for a couple of years when I was a little kid. I thought they were the coolest things. I spent years looking at them every day. I second Fino's suggestion, and hope you feel comfortable enough one day to post pics of your collection. :D
