    In Nazi Germany the disabled were considered "work averse" and at Dachau the developmentally disabled wore a black triangle labeled "blod" ("stupid"). In the camps the Aryan developmentally disabled were treated a little better than some other inmates, and were kept away from the bottom barrel people like Jews.

    Indeed, being out in nature has scientifically proven health benefits. Turn off the video games and "touch grass" as the young people say now. If there is a reasonably safe park near you, go there and feed the birds.

    Weekend vacation time is over. Now I am waiting at the Amtrak station waiting for a train to take me closer to home.

    So my therapist diagnosed me with CPTSD. No use talking to my family about that.

    40 years of past gang stalking "qualifies" me for CPTSD, sans the guilt, but I have pretty much overcome that. :cool:
