OK, I just watched The Zone of Interest. Easily one of the most disturbing movies I have ever seen.
I decided that as of a couple of hours from now, I will shut down all Internet browsers, turn off my phone (checking it only once a day for messages), and doing a net browsing detox for a weekend until Monday morning when I return to work and have to start using the Internet browser again. -
