    I just got some hot links from a quality butcher. Who wants to have some of these with me tonight? I serve them on a sausage bun with yellow mustard.

    So today at the farmer’s market, instead of buying myself a big bottle of booze, I got myself an ice cream sandwich made with molasses ginger cookies and vanilla ice cream.

    I have a bright red spot on the left side in the white of my left eye. My boss is telling me there's no need for alarm and it looks worse than it most likely is. It is a bit sore, though.

    the white of either of my eyes in months. When those
    have happened to my eyes it wasn't sore, though.

    I have not ever known why the occasional bright red spot
    would occur in the white of either of my eyes. No injury
    caused them and there has not ever been subsequent
    problem. Spot appears. Remains a couple days. Goes
    away.

    We have a del taco here. I bought my partner the Taco Bell mild sauce at the store. He loves the packets. When l saw how high the sodium count was at Taco Bell, l was a little surprised. I developed a very high sodium need after living so long in Hawaii.

    My only real gripe about Taco Bell is the tendency to overuse chili powder. It doesn't make their foods any hotter, but just overly strong. And they tend to be a bit stingy about how much ground beef they provide compared to Del Taco.

    Indeed, being out in nature has scientifically proven health benefits. Turn off the video games and "touch grass" as the young people say now. If there is a reasonably safe park near you, go there and feed the birds.
