    I had a seizure early this morning. I now have a doctor appointment early tomorrow to see what is going on there. This is concerning.

    someone i used to be friends in high school, me and him went our separate ways 20 years ago, i wasn't in contact with him in anyway in his last days, but i found out that he passed away this past September, on the 22nd, and he had epilepsy, one of my middle school friends attended his funeral and he told me the story was that, he had a seizure while about to shower, and fell down and hit his head on the shower floor.

    We've had 70 shark attacks here in the last 3 years, but only 7 were fatal. People are much more likely to drown, 323 in 2024 alone, mostly migrants and tourists with no experience of swimming in oceans.

    Send some healing energy to a RL friend of mine, stuck at home with the flu with two sick toddlers and a sick wife. This family deserves better than that.

    Enjoy some good Pad Thai! The most interesting I had was at Pad Thai ThipSammai in Bangkok, the place that ostensibly put that dish on the map. In their deluxe version rather than the egg scrambled into the dish the noodles were wrapped in a paper thin omelette.

    I get the message that it will be available Jan. 3. I am glad to see Aardman recovered from that fire of 2005. The last W&G movie I saw when I was working in Amersham. It even had the British talking about Stinking Bishop.

    Nice. I enjoy making enchiladas at home. The grocery store tortillas were too fragile so I get mine from Mi Rancho. I also preserve my own Salsa Verde for them made with Tomatillos I grow. But, my favorite is a nice Chile Relleno. Were I nearby, I'd join you.

    My favorites for water activities and topside life is Bonaire and La Paz, Baja Sur. La Paz has the better beaches.

    Almost 4AM, I woke up and can’t fall back asleep. I think I will do some way early morning cardio before coffee and breakfast.
