Suicide is the one sin God does not forgive. I hate that I now lost two people I knew to that route. Why do some people have to be that damn selfish?
Damn my ex friend. Why did he have to do what he did? He did a major asshole move there.
I just found out a friend of mine who I was worried about due to his mental health issues is dead. He most likely did something stupid.
I feel like going to the mini mart next door to my office and buying something high in sugar and low in nutritional value. That would be counterproductive to my plans to keep losing weight, however.
On my break at the job right now, craving a bottle of Dr Pepper from the mini mart but denying myself that.

I am aware that a large part of my depression is caused by chemical imbalances. I am not going to do anything stupid because I have that knowledge in mind. I talk to my doctor on Tuesday.
I am feeling so alone right now. My knee hurts, otherwise I would be paying a cover charge and seeing a live band right now instead of sitting here feeling miserable.

Watching a reality TV series about animal hoarders. It totally is exploiting mental illness. Yet I still keep watching it. It’s quite sleazy.
Weekend is here. Film festival by myself time! Have sparkling water in the fridge, veggie sticks, microwave popcorn. I will drown myself in movies.
