My plans for tonight.
So I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot and I still have to walk to and from the bus stop.
I wish I could install a jacuzzi in the back of the house I am renting, don’t think the landlord would like that very much though.
Having an app on my phone that keeps track of what I consume has been helpful. It talked me out of getting a mocha this morning that was loaded with sugar and calories.
I am playing through Omori on the Xbox One. It is an incredibly intense game.
I feel like diving headfirst into video gaming for the next several hours until the local jazz bar opens.
All of my friends are too busy to talk to me today, and the only person who called back dismissed how I felt as “me feeling sorry for myself”. I am going to bed and sleeping the rest of this three day weekend.
I feel like a bottle of Maker’s Mark might help my boredom today, but that is a terrible idea.
Looking forward to hitting the farmer’s market Saturday morning. One vendor there sells the best bratwurst available locally.
I feel like eating a burrito, there probably is a healthier way to make one than what I am used to, I am going to look into that tonight.
Today, my best is not good enough.
30lbs lost in two and a half months. I am on the right track.
I have been using a Fitbit and I have also been tracking every calorie that enters my mouth with a mobile app designed for that. It has been eye opening and it is a great motivator for improvement.
I actually have gotten the hang of calling people on the call list at my job. They are not really cold calls, it was explained to me they signed up to hear from us. That knowledge makes the job so much easier.
I feel like making vegetarian chili tonight. Toss in lots of peppers and beans and tomatoes.
Nothing like an ice cold shower after a long walk. -
