Finally I was able to get compliments from people besides my family who knew me today the last few days no one outside knew me. At church they liked my self done hair cut.

I'm handling not doing yoga for four days fine this time, unlike last time they were closed.
I gave myself a haircut.
I heard the f word twice today. Once during an Edm show and just now during my so called Christian life group.
How do you post a image in your profile posts?
Took a yoga class with the only teacher I have not taken a class with. It was a great class and a great teacher. I would like to take it weekly but my life group conflicts with it.
Lost another pound this week. I am 301 now.
I did yoga this morning but I did not go to the gym because it was raining heavy earlier and now they close early today. I only went four days this week. I won't be able to go until Tuesday.
I'm falling into bad habits again.
Yoga class was so relaxing tonight. It was a mix of restorative and a workout I am now tired ready for bed again.
After yoga and lunch, I oversleep and took a three-hour nap. I ended up doing my therapist by phone. I am going to have to set an alarm for my appointments and the gym, so I don't oversleep for now on.
I'm going to bed. I had a busy day.
I weight myself. I am now 302 pounds. I lost 3 pounds in one week.
Why does the women older than my mother only want to know me after yoga class not the younger attractive woman? So annoying. It just keeps happening.
I hate it when your relaxing at the park after a good workout then some moron in front of you lights up there cancer stick and puffs away and you have to move. He not even suppose to be allowed to smoke at the park.it supose to be illegal. I hate smokers. They are so selfish.
Did legs up the wall at Taylre restorative class today. First time I did it. It was so relaxing. The other students relaxed too. The class was great.
I talked to three women today. I approached one and two approached me. We had long conversations. It was much easier to talk about interests like cats, exercise and yoga.
I like my new Saturday morning yoga teacher. Easy to talk to her.
The new medication I am taking is for meltdowns phobias.
I weight myself this morning after a week of yoga and the gym. I lost one pound. I am now 306 pounds. -
