    That's what my uncle said. There had to be a reason. My mother said not to walk to the gym today because of this. This sucks. I hate face masks and I still refuse to wear them.

    Everytime I talk to a woman I am interested in eventually she mentions a husband or a boyfriend even though if she is married she is not wearing a ring. Then I feel like listening to Drone Zone all day.

    I weight myself this morning. I gained two pounds. I am now 302. I can't believe it. All the intense yoga workout and the gym for nothing. I will not reach my goal of under 300 by this Friday. I am not pleased.

    Finally I was able to get compliments from people besides my family who knew me today the last few days no one outside knew me. At church they liked my self done hair cut.

    Went to the gym today, also went yesterday. Did the bike and the treadmill. Tried the rowing machine again for 5 minutes.

    But now I got a stressful headache. I want to do a yoga class so bad but they are closed for the next four days. I don't have much space at home and my cats bother me.

    You can also use the link option (the two chains) for an image that isn't on your comptuer of phone. But if you do, you might have to reupload the image to imgur or another popular image sharing site. Linked photo restrictions exist for profile posts so you can't just post from every site.

    A simple desktop way is to copy the image. Go to type a profile post and just paste the image straight in.

    Works with typing forum replies too. Simply copy and paste.

    Took a yoga class with the only teacher I have not taken a class with. It was a great class and a great teacher. I would like to take it weekly but my life group conflicts with it.

    I did yoga this morning but I did not go to the gym because it was raining heavy earlier and now they close early today. I only went four days this week. I won't be able to go until Tuesday.

    Four days a week at the gym is plenty I think, it's normal to take a days rest in between gym days.

    I'm watching short videos I shouldn't be watching. I have not watched them for over a month since being on this pill but now the urge is back.

    Everytime I am tempted to watch one of those videos I feel like doing yoga, problem is I don't have the space at home to do it. I spent the afternoon working out.

    After yoga and lunch, I oversleep and took a three-hour nap. I ended up doing my therapist by phone. I am going to have to set an alarm for my appointments and the gym, so I don't oversleep for now on.

    Why does the women older than my mother only want to know me after yoga class not the younger attractive woman? So annoying. It just keeps happening.

    Older women are often very kind and are just looking for company. I love talking to little old ladies. They are so sweet and usually have really nice and interesting things to say.

    @Luca - I totally agree! Most of my friends are older church ladies. They're so mellow and understanding.
