    The whole trait of mysterion (from South Park) viewing his power as a curse (not being able to die) reminds me everyday of how I get treated by some of my coworkers because I’m on the autism spectrum/viewed as “special” for being different. It’s honestly a curse to me some days.

    I remember once, when I was 11, I was playing Chessmaster on the NES with my uncle who got a little too smug about how he was better at chess than myself. So when he left the room for a second, I turned off two player mode and pitted him against the AI on highest difficulty. After seeing him struggle thinking I was taunting him with my suddenly insane skills, I had to tell him.

    the house smelled like cigarettes that we looked at :( I’m used to the smell of weed/marijuana though

    I had a very helpful therapist who explained that the meds I would be taking had the ability to provide a stable floor, but not much more. She said with the feeling of a stable floor underneath me, I may be able to walk further, with less trouble, but still, I am the one that needs to do the walking.

    @Rodafina That's a very good way of looking at it and I think you've just given me a brilliant method to describe it when I'm talking about it, probably quite soon. I don't think I've had a really stable floor in a long time. Thank you! :-)

    Medication can help but if the world is messed up it cant fix that. I take anxiety and depression meds but i still feel it sometimes because this world is cruel and sad.

    Understandable. Same here. Try to take it all in slowly while you get used to it. The shock of it will likely pass.

    Tomorrow my dad and I are gonna go look at a house. We may wait to sell our house until end of 2023 though.

    A customer I helped unload her groceries to her car (Honda accord coupe that was bronze colored) had two tubs of color pencils in the trunk of her car (repurposed butter and cool whip jars) that she used to use for adult coloring books but had to retire using them due to her hands and wrists hurting after using them.

    She switched to gel pens and thus had no use for color pencils taking up a bit of space in her car anymore so she let me have them so they could have a good home. The condition of the pencils looked like they got a lot of love over the years they were used.

    I got a little hung up on the color of the car, bronze colored. That's an unusual color for a car. That's brown, isn't it. Brown cars are a little weird.

    Does anyone remember Niko Avocado? He’s a famous mukbang YouTuber that recently is starting to turn his life around as of last month. This is giving me hope that I’ll be able to change my eating habits too.
