    Let’s show a closeup of a sub sandwich and make everyone hungry. Looks like those commercials with extreme closeup shots of food. Makes me mildly uncomfortable but hungry.

    I'm asking for help on loneliness

    one of my IOP instructors said to not do activities that will be useless if you have things like running thoughts and try to do meditation, as it’ll likely not work. My doc and therapist also said I need to find a purpose in life too so I’m not sleeping all the time
