    Just had a friend over - I showed him The House of the Devil and then I showed him Bullet Train. We had fun for a few hours, grilled some bratwursts, sipped some diet Sprite.

    Don't forget that increasing exercise isn't linear - we need some pauses and also the occasional step back to make sure we can properly adjust.

    Feeling tired is your body's way of telling you to slow things down, and better to reach a goal safely than rushed and ending up hurt.
