I made it to the pizza place for my date, but my date just called and apologized. He was asked to work overtime tonight. Heh.

Gout sucks. That is how my morning went.

Someone from my extended family donated to me a treadmill I can keep in the corner of my living room when I am not using, and pull out and watch movies while jogging when I am using it. I need to send him a thank you card.

Just had a doctor appointment this morning. Blood sugar, cholesterol, heart rate, blood pressure, all within normal ranges. The only thing I really have to work on now is my weight.
Am I trying to turn over too many new leaves at once? My body is begging for a junk food binge, I am telling my body no. My body is begging for rest, I am telling it no. My body wants a can of cola, I am telling it no.
Weird nightmares in my sleep tonight. If I had the money, I would make horror movies out of them and inflict them upon the rest of the world - why should I suffer alone when I can make the world suffer with me instead?
I am struggling a bit to stay awake at my desk, and I do not want to pump myself full of caffeine to get through this.
Muscles are sore from lifting weights yesterday evening. No pain, no gain. I will lose my belly at any cost necessary.
Going to see a personal trainer at the gym this afternoon. If I keep this up, my beer belly will eventually go away.
