Light boxes, you sit in front for about 30-40 mins. My ex has SAD. His doctor told him to do that. You just goggle that. They run about a 100 dollars. They last forever.

This one is 34 dollars. You are looking for the (10,000 designation). But you need to sit directly next to it for at least 40 mins before u go to work.
